Our spirituality is closely linked with our mental health. One needs to
give attention to spiritual needs as well, otherwise anyone can burnout, including a teenger. For some, prayer and Bible study
are of help. Association with others with respects to spirituality is also of help to many.
All major religions speak of the battle within the mind between good
and evil. Most major religions address the issue of angels, as well as that of bad, wicked or fallen angels. It would seem
that in hearing experiences from dozens of children, young adults and others, that many have had experiences along these lines,
in connection with some type of exposure to occult, through television, games, movies, or some other way.
Children have related detailed experiences time and again concerning these
type of experiences. Voices, delusions, seeing things that are not there, can also have a spiritual connection as well, along
these lines. Science or medicine does not answer all of these quesetions, especially when they border or cross the lines of
the spiritual realm.
Mental and spiritual hygiene, therefore are of utmost importance in the
field of mental health.
